Incoming iMessages and photos are "couldn't download"

Looks like incoming iPhone messages are hitting the “couldn’t download” error. I can send sms to iPhone and MMS pictures, but not receive them. block list has the 9999 number added. played with the settings, etc.

Ah, gotcha! Yes, I have noticed this issue when I’ve sent myself screenshots from my iPhone. It is quite frustrating.

What files are apple iPhone screenshots? Are they jpg? Or PNG? So that I can ask the team why this is not working.

ALSO- make sure you have MMS enables on your phone:

MMS is enabled on my phone.
And my iPhone’s screenshots are PNG files.
