Implementing network provider Selection Manually on Pure

I wanted to ask if it is possible to implement the select network function manually, since I live on the border To Italy and Swiss?
Unfortunately it happens that it connects to the wrong network in Romning to Italy and not to default provider in Swiss

or at least the option to disable roaming, also we need an option to show battery percentage without the need to connect to PC

the ability to select the network manually exists in any phone except on the mudita. why is it not implemented in this phone, if you can call it?
