I’m not sure if maybe im doing something wrong. I cant figure out why, but my Kompakt keeps on calling random people from my contacts, while its in my pocket. I’ve had Kompakt for about 2 months and i must have pocket dialed about 10 people so far. Any help would be much appreciated.

Can I ask if you are using the FINGERPRINT lock? We do have an oversensitive fingerprint button, and our team is working on making improvements to it.
Yes i do use the fingerprint lock. i think i will disable it for the time being. thanks for the advice.

I had the same issue. Disabling the fingerprint sensor did help. Hopefully the update fixes it, let’s see.

I’ve never enabled the fingerprint and use a pin and have pocket dialed way too many times!

Read this and turned off my fingerprint sensor. As long as it’s not an issue for my authenticator app I think it will be a decent solution. I accidentally called emergency services a few times and realized taht almost every time I put it in my pocket my finger grazed the touch sensor.
Particularly if the screen faced my leg it would usually pocket dial or start to pocket dial. Same for pocket dials if I put it in my pocket without locking it. Today I accidentally dialed a full number in my pocket. That person was not happy! hah.

So far I’ve not had this problem but then usually I put the Kompakt in the little drawstring pouch that came with it. I don’t know if I’ll continue to do this always but so far even when I haven’t I had no issues. It might be an option to try putting the device in the pouch that came with the device or something similar for the time being as it may help avoid pocket dials. It does sound like multiple people are reporting this problem so hope Mudita can help solve this for them.

I’m only on day 5 with my Mudita Kompakt (still 1.1.1) and so far not one pocket dial even though I carry it in my messenger bag as well as my jeans pocket all the time.

Give it time 
I managed 2-3 weeks with activated fingerprint sensor and NO pocket dials… to the day I hear “Hello, hello?” coming from my pocket and got into a unpleasant situation.
