What is the purpose of showing you this picture? To check and see if I didn’t have my call volume all the way up? I’ve been through the threads on this issue already, I’ve seen you ask people (@jawn) this same question before.

@evowl I just wanted to verify before I asked our customer service if this could be a hardware issue, covered by warranty replacement.
