Hi. I will be traveling to Europe with the mudita kompakt. I usually use esims for data plans while traveling. I do not see an EID number on the mudita and I want to confirm that I will be able to use an esim, or if I’ll need to buy a sim card once I am there.

Can you tell me what version of MuditaOS K you have installed on your phone?
It is updated to 1.4.0

All you have to do it go into SETTINGS & tap NETWORK & INTERNET & then select SIM CARDS
In that section, you will be able to activate eSIM Mode.
Then, just turn on esim + sim mode ( you can do it in eSIM section on settings )
& in about section you will see EID number

Nevrmind about the slot question. I guess I was concern to break something. I pulled it strongly and it came out. Now I see there are more slots. I will change the SIM card to another spot and see if this helps. Thank you!
