Contacts - have to type individually in phone?

I have finally downloaded Mudita Center thinking I would be able to type my contacts in from there, but I do not see the option. I currently have an iphone and all my contacts are on there. Do I really need to type every single contact into the Kompakt on the phone screen? Or has anyone had success getting the contacts from their iPhone to the Kompakt? I’m feeling slightly overwhelmed at thinking about doing it on the kompakt. lol

@tkbunch We support CardDav in Mudite Center. CardDAV is an open standard protocol used to synchronize and access contact information across different devices and services. It uses vCard (.vcf) format for contact information.
o export your entire iPhone contact list to a .vcf (vCard) file, Apple doesn’t provide a built-in way to do this directly on the iPhone, but you can easily do it through iCloud on a computer. Here’s how:

1. Make sure your iPhone contacts are synced to iCloud:

  • Go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud
  • Toggle Contacts ON
(This ensures all contacts are synced to iCloud.)

2. Use a computer to log into iCloud:

  • Go to iCloud.com and log in with your Apple ID.
  • Click on Contacts.

3. Select all contacts:

  • On the iCloud Contacts page, press Cmd+A (Mac) or Ctrl+A (Windows) to select all.

4. Export to vCard:

  • Click the gear icon :gear: at the bottom-left of the screen.
  • Select Export vCard.
  • A .vcf file containing all your contacts will be downloaded.

You can then upload that file to Mudita Center.

Hopefully this helps.
