I ordered a Mudita Kompakt yesterday (order #7000003031) but I’m unable to log into the store section…
I’ve also tried resetting my password, but I haven’t received any email.
Are you guys doing some maintenance or something?

@simonepsp As far as I know, there is not current maintenance. I would suggest reaching out to our customer service directly at support@mudita.com
They will be able to better assist you, as I don’t have access to that side of the system.

Yeah, I emailed store@mudita.com this morning. Just to be sure, I also sent an email to support@mudita.com just now.
Hopefully they’ll reply soon… I’m super excited about getting the Kompakt!
