Hi, the function of alarm deactivation has stopped working, I do a deep press and I see the message that the alarm will be deactivated but then the alarm is still on.
I think a soft/factory reset can do the trick here.
Just go to SETTINGS & then scroll all the way down to FACTORY RESET.
Hey Ula it didn’t help what should I do? Is there a guarantee for this clock? It was bought in December last year

It seems the alarm deactivation function is malfunctioning, displaying a message that it will be deactivated after a deep press, but ultimately not turning off the alarm as expected.
