Since starting out my Mudita Kompakt journey about a year back, I have experiences problems with calls. Living in Denmark every time I crossed the bridge to Sweden (something I do frequently) I lost the ability to make or receive calls on my phone. Internet connect was still there, but could not call. Phone worked fine upon returning to Denmark.
I switched phone company about a month hoping this would resolve the issue. Instead, it made i worse. Now I frequently miss out on receiving texts and many (though not all) cannot call me. Instead they get the message that “the number is not longer in use” or similar.
My conclusion was that this must be a mobile network provider issue. I have called them several times (provider is ‘3’). When they run the numbers I give them, they tell me the problem is with the provider and not with them. They also say they cannot provide any assistance with settings because Mudita is not a supported phone. I have checked the info for other phones but cannot find any error. The settings data seem to check out.
What can I do to resolve the issue? It is starting to become so serious I have to consider leaving the Mudita Kompakt family.
