Camera app not functioning

I accidentally found a workaround for the camera crash that saves me the trouble of manually enabling camera access in developer options every time I want to take a picture. So sharing here for visibility:

If you toggle Offline+ ON then open camera app and then toggle Offline+ OFF, camera works with no issues. I double checked out of curiosity by manually disabling “Camera access” in the settings, and the order of actions above enables it.
