Some users have had success connecting their bluetooth devices after downloading the manufacturer’s app.

Kompakt won't pair with Sony WH-CH250 Headphones

Yes. Sideload Aurora store if you haven’t. Download Sony Sound Connect and using that you can pair Sony headphones no problem. The same thing applies to Soundcore, Nothing and probably every name brand earphone/headphone manufacturer. The issue is the bluetooth service has bugs, some headphones can’t connect, some can’t reconnect after disconnecting them. Using companion app from manufacturer works well and I’ve tried with multiple brands/apps.
