@shadock Are you asking if with 1.6 you can do an update if the battery of the phone is less than 50%?
Am I understanding you correctly?
Yes, but plugged to charge.
Seems that since the update my MK is very frequently asking me the NIP or/and security code, even with fingerprint enabled, for example when getting out from « offline + ».
NIP?
You mean PIN?
And you have NOT restarted the phone?
Yes, NIP = PIN depend on the Language.
Restart only after the update.
Anyone know when it will be out in the UK many thanks
@urszula , hello! I chatted with ChatGPT about the new update, and it told me that there is a .zip file to download on the release notes on the forum. AI makes mistakes, so I wanted to confirm it.
We are living in a strange time. In all honesty, I was convinced that this post was a joke to mock AI use in regard to the discussion we are having on this forum. Then, I had doubt : âwhat if this is honest?â Because the answer of the ChatGPT is really silly if you have some basic knowledge, I thought it was a parody. But then, I remember that not everybody should have this knowledge. But then again, if this is the case, why asking ChatGPT instead of reading this forum directly?
that was a hallucination. We donât post links to the update in our release notes ![]()
Thanks guys

@smuch, what do you mean? If itâs about the software being unstable, I appreciate the heads-up about bugs, but itâs okayâIâm patient with them.
I only copied the topic link and that blurb appears, but itâs helpful. I suggest you read the entire thread before deciding to proceed with the update.
I am reading every new reply on the topic, its alright. ![]()
First and foremost, weâd like to thank our Mudita Community for your patience while our team investigated the two most significant issues reported following the release of MuditaOS K 1.6.
We can now confirm that both the SIM PIN issue connected to enabling & disabling Offline+, as well as the ghost notifications which appeared as missed/unanswered or rejected calls and could not be cleared, and were reported by users, will be addressed in an upcoming hotfix, which our team is working to release as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we have paused the remaining batches of the MuditaOS K 1.6 rollout. This will allow us to resolve these issues before making the update available to additional users.
If you have already updated to MuditaOS K 1.6, you do not need to take any action at this time. We will share more information as soon as the hotfix is ready.
Thank you again to everyone who reported these issues, shared detailed feedback, and helped our team investigate them.
Your input has been incredibly valuable.
Hello, I still havenât gotten the 1.6 update pushed to my phone. Apart from checking the Software Update screen, is there anything else I can do to get the update?
@urszula posted in a few places today that deployment of 1.6 is on hold while Mudita works on a hot-fix for an issue in 1.6.
The irony is astounding ![]()
There is no 1.6 version to update. How to make it?
