Last week, for the start of our World Sleep Day campaign, we shared some thoughts on putting sleep first on many of our channels & asked how sleep is actually showing up in your daily life.

We’ve been reading the replies, and a lot of the same themes keep coming up: evenings that get eaten up by screens, racing thoughts at night, early wake-ups, and that feeling of being “functional but tired” as the default state.

It really reinforced something we believe strongly: better sleep rarely comes from big overhauls. It’s usually small, boring changes that stick. Quieter evenings. Fewer notifications. A clearer boundary between “day” and “night.” Letting sleep be something you protect, not something you optimize.

If you’ve tried even one small shift over the past week, we’d love to hear about it.

Did anything help more than you expected?

What’s still getting in the way?

And if sleep has been rough lately, you’re definitely not alone. This thread is just here for sharing notes, not perfect routines.
