Is there any plans to overhaul the stock keyboard for the Kompakt? I was using FUTO but I believe it was draining my phone battery extremely quickly. (Did yall also have the battery drainage problem with FUTO?) I have since switched back to the stock keyboard and man, it is cripplingly bad. Has anyone else had this same experience? The autocorrect is laughable, and it is extremely slow with input, while with FUTO you could type extremely quickly and it would keep up. The stock keyboard just throws characters all over the place when you type quickly. Am I alone in this?

You are far from alone in this. From what I’ve gathered here on the forums, a significant percentage of users use FUTO because of the limitations of the default keyboard.

There is already a thread on this topic, but unfortunately no satisfactory response yet.
You’d think that something as simple as a keyboard would work properly…
And that’s after more than nine months since the Kompakt became available.
