I believe the separate volume control for ringing and notifications was introduced with Android 13, that can also be a reason why there’s no such option in the Kompakt.

Yeah it could be. But the point is that it’s a function that is not available as standard on Android 12

That’s weird! My current phone, a Samsung Player Star from 2008, allows for a very granular control of sounds and vibrations for calls and messages separately, per profile. It’s not technically difficult to set up, and doesn’t bother the user who doesn’t want to use it. This is one of the things I criticize about Android in general, and to a lesser extent it applies to Windows too: these OSes force us to adapt to them. That’s a problem for me.

Yeah, I was thinking about that just yesterday ! It would be nicer if it just showed the logo when it’s off, not even the “powered off” thingy ! And then maybe the logo and “Mudita Kompakt” on the lock screen, even without the lil lock would look sliiiiick ! I know that’s all aesthetic things, but it would look so good !

That, or, maybe just giving us the choice between personalized picture and some pre-loaded logos ?

EDIT : To clarify, having just the Lotus Flower on the Powered off screen and both the flower and th Mudita Kompakt name would not only look fire, but might also be enough for users to know the difference between locked screen and powered off device.

100 percent this: ‘-Custom ringtones (for calls and SMS seperately)
-The ability to mute ringtones and SMS seperately (or at least provide us with a silent sound as a ringtone). I did not have a sound when recieving SMS for the past 10 years but my phone rang when I got calls.’

and this ‘And of course the ability to change the lockscreen to a blank screen or something would also be nice!’
