Alarm does not go off during a call

So the set alarm does not go off during a call. Is there anything I can do?

Is it normal that a set up alarm does not pop up during a call?

@anon51459436 Let me see if I understand this correctly: You’re on the phone (talking to someone) and during this time, the alarm that you had set, does not go off, because you’re on the phone? Is that’s what’s happening?

@anon51459436 Unfortunately not yet- many of our team members were off during the holidays- especially the time between Xmas & new year. I should get more info when everyone returns on Monday, Sorry for the wait.
