World Sleep Day is coming up & we just wanted to pause for a moment and talk about something that often gets pushed to the background. (Especially since this FORUM has been so Kompakt-centered over the past year.)
So, yeah, let’s talk about sleep.
At Mudita, we don’t like to think about sleep as something to optimize, track, or fix, but more as something essential that quietly shapes how we think, feel, and function every day.
Many of us walk around tired and treat it as a personal shortcoming. We push through late nights, constant notifications, and overstimulating evenings, then wonder why focus, mood, and energy feel off. However, more & more evidence (our blog is filled with articles about sleep) shows that sleep deprivation is not a simple willpower issue, but more like a signal from the body and the brain that something needs protecting.
That’s why this year, our World Sleep Day focus is simple: SLEEP FIRST
To start the conversation, we’ve published a new blog post exploring why good sleep isn’t a luxury, but should be treated as the foundation of quality of life:
World Sleep Day is a Reminder that Good Sleep is Essential
