Recently, I picked up this book on a whim at an airport & I’m really enjoying it.
I would recommend it to anyone who might be dealing with burnout.
It’s an great guide through understanding the signs and symptoms of burnout, offering readers strategies to recharge and reset their lives.
Fun fact: burnout can also be caused by stretching yourself too thin in various aspects of life, not just at work. This can include juggling multiple responsibilities and commitments in personal, professional, and social circles, leading to an overwhelming sense of exhaustion and stress.
