Is it possible to use vibration in stead or a ringtone?
Can I put my own mp3 file in the Pura and select it as ringtone?

Yes, it’s possible to use vibration instead of ringtone.
Adding your own mp3s as custom ringtones is on the roadmap but does not currently work.

Very nice touch for vibration rings, but I am sure mp3 ringtone is welcomed more. Is this feature planned for some next OS update?
