Wanted to share a quick update on the Mudita Kompakt Global shipping status, especially for those who ordered through our website.
First of all, huge thanks from our whole team for your feedback, enthusiasm and patience! It’s been amazing to see your excitement as Mudita Kompakt phones make their way to you.
We initially communicated that all pre-orders for the Global Optimized Version would ship by April 30th. Kickstarter and Indiegogo backer shipments have successfully left the warehouse, which is great news! However, while we’re shipping out hundreds of Kompakts daily, the sheer, overwhelming volume of orders coming directly through mudita.com means our warehouse team, even working at full speed, needs a little extra time to get everything out.
We’re now aiming to ship out all website pre-orders by Wednesday, May 7th. Given the situation, we’re extending the current pre-order price of €349.00 ($369.00) until May 7th, 2025 (midnight PT).
