Hi all! I’ve attempted to login to Tuta Mail on my Kompakt (APK from Aurora Store), and it opens fine, and lets me put in my credentials. I’m on WiFi and have network signal as well, nothing should be preventing my logging in, but when I try, it just spins and spins. I see that others have had the same problem on the forum. So! I’ve reached out to Tuta support, to let them know that I and some of you have had issues with getting into their email from their Mudita Kompakt phones, and asked that they reach out to Mudita to get this worked out, so that we can use our ultra-secure emails and calendars on our ultra-secure phones… Could be that nothing comes of this, but maybe they’ll work it out. Just putting this out there, so that y’all know an attempt has been made with Tuta.

Thanks for posting about Tuta Mail and Calendar.
I had reached out to their support myself when I received my Mudita about a year ago. They tried to help me but they needed the logs that I was never able to get from the phone…
I believe you got it right by telling them to contact Mudita so maybe they can work something. If we are many users complaining, it may help to fix this :).

since the 1.5.0 update, Tuta mail now works on the Kompakt ! I just tested it now, give it a try !
Hey! This is great news. Ironically, Tuta got back to me today to tell me that they couldn’t justify the manpower of working with Mudita, since so few of their users are on Mudita phones. I’ve sideloaded the app and am pleased to report that it’s also working for me.
That’s exactly what they had told me in the first place when I had opened a ticket with them ! Glad to hear it worked you too !
@alexand3r You might want to add Tuta Mail to our Community App Ranking so that other know where to get it & can also review it.
