I own a Mudita Kompakt and loving it :), however I wonder is it only me or the calendar does not allow granularity of less than 15 minutes for events? For example I can not set an entry to start at 08:03. Instead I can only set an event at 08:00 or 08:15.
I wonder maybe there is a trick I am not aware of.
No that’s just the current implementation. It’s similar in the Alarm app, but at least there you can click on the number box and it allows you to override it with the keyboard.
Other people have also asked to allow for changes in minute increments
Thanks for your response. Though I just tried tapping on the box and it does not allow me to type any number. Like there is no pop up of any kind. I hope we are talking about the same box.
The box I am talking about is one of the two like so:
|---------| |----|
|05 AM | | 45 |
|____| ||
no matter how many times I tried with my finger tapping on the box with 45 or even 05 AM, the app didn’t react.
@gezimos is talking about the Alarm app. It is not possible to change the time the same way in the Calendar app, as of now.
@aminoh Like @denguefeber said. Only in alarm it allows to override it
Thank you both I understand now.
Though I do hope that changes as I must rely on calendar on the go rather heavily
@aminoh I think I read somewhere they will change that. If you’re familiar with sideloading Fossify Calendar from F-droid is pretty good, you can set black and white theme, it’s not bad in the Kompakt until they update the calendar app
@gezimos May I ask if you are one of the developers or perhaps someone who works at Mudita? Cause I would have liked the message be directed to a staff in addition? otherwise what’s the point of us externals talking about a problem I wonder.
Please don’t get me wrong eh. I appreciate you helping out anyways
@aminoh No I have no association with the company, I’m a buyer just like you.
I just responded because I remembered reading the same complaint from some other users.
Noted and passed on to the team.
