Thanks for being on time with production and sending out your devices in a difficult economical time. After having played around with the phone for a couple of days now, I notice that ghosting can be quite noticable, especially when moving from a dark occupied state, to a white empty state. At the moment, there is no way of controlling the behaviour of the E-ink panel, so here are a few suggestions that would greatly improve the user experience:
Refresh Gesture
Having a quick way to refresh the screen to mitigate ghosting would be a very helpful upgrade. I have a Supernote E-ink note taking tablet that does this with a simple swipe-up gesture. Could you implement something similar?
Speed control
Being able to change between 3 different speed modes would be very helpful for e.g. taking pictures or browsing SMS/MMS threads, or if user decides to read an image heavy PDF or ePub document.
