Sudoku app for Mudita Kompakt

Hello Everyone!

I was wondering about creating a very simple sudoku app for the Mudita Kompakt, using MMD elements. It would not be much, just creating a new game based on difficulty, saving, and maybe adding “pencil notes”. I would mainly create this for myself, but would the community be interested in this app when and if it’s ready? I can’t promise that it will be done as I’m working as a web backend developer and mobile development is a totally new area for me and also, it would be created in my free time. However, I wanted to drop this, I’m curious about your opinions.

Thanks!

I would like this.

By the way: Do you have any recommendations for a Backgammon that works with the Mudita Kompakt

Unfortunately no. Furthermore I haven’t even received my Kompakt yet, I’m just too enthusiastic. I wanted to solve sudoku on my Kobo reader, but this will be even better.

That’s a great idea. I think SUDOKU is a perfect fit for Mudita Kompakt. It could be a great alternative for people who don’t like chess

I think that would be really fun! I have always loved Sudoku more than chess.

And welcome to the community!

I’m with you on this! 100%

Thanks! And about chess: well I can play sudoku and don’t know chess, so…

Same here

I tried quite a few Sudoku apps on the Kompakt. This one is by far the best:

You can customize the theme and shading to make it look just right on the eInk. No other Sudoku app I tried has as many customization options.

This looks awesome! On the other hand, if I do my app, it is sure as hell it will be a lot more minimal, with less features, so I’m not really in the sudoku-app competition

I couldn’t help but laugh when you sent out that blog post on international chess day :joy:
