Hi! I just updated to 1.4.0 last night and since then I stopped getting SMS notifications (sounds/vibration) when my phone is locked. It’s only when I unlocked it and go into the SMS app that I suddenly get an onslaught of the notifications I missed, with the chimes or vibrations coming in then. How do I go back? it didn’t used to do this, thank you!

@denghaoshu This is certainly odd. How about PHONE CALLS, do those come in normally?

Did you by any chance previously ‘FORCE STOP’ the SMS app in Settings → Manage Apps → SMS → Force Stop, OR is it still running in the background?
No, I did not force stop. No issue with phone calls

@denghaoshu Thank you for this info. I will pass it on to our team & see if they have any ideas as to what could be happening.
I‘m now experiencing another issue where SMS will freeze and I am unable to input anything in the text box (the photo and the send icons are both gone, when I tap on the text box the keyboard does not pop up). I am now force stopping the app and restarting to fix it.

@denghaoshu Do you have any sideloaded third-party apps on your device? Also, which network provider are you using. Our team is currently looking into your issue.
