Verizon seems to intentionally make it hard to use their service with the Kompakt. I cannot request a new SIM via their website because its an officially unsupported device. I am going to go into the Verizon store as soon as I can (today or tomorrow) and see if they can help me in person.

Did you happen to see the post by user @stevenjc123? This is how he got his service to work.

Verizon not working on Mudita Kompakt

Hi all, thank you so much for all the tips above! I was able to get my Mudita Kompakt to (fully) work on Verizon network as a secondary device to my iPhone within ~20m and so thought I would share exactly how with the community. 1 - Go to your local Verizon store. 2 - Add a new/second line to your Verizon account and request a physical SIM.
