The Kompakt SMS app jumps to the bottom of a conversation, even if the user has scrolled to another part of the conversation. This can be inconvenient if the user needs to keep the conversation positioned at a specific message.
To reproduce the behavior:
- Open a long conversation in SMS and scroll up to a place away from the most recent message.
- Tap the home button.
- Tap the SMS icon. The conversation shows the previously viewed part of the conversation but in a second it jumps to the bottom, showing most recent message.
EDIT: This behavior also happens if the device is locked and then unlocked.
