Security touch unlock setting

The setting for the unlock options are great, touch only now is my preference.
I had the lock off setting for sometime and sometimes the phone would unlock in my pocket

I am trying to enjoy the out of box user experience. Saturday I paused the music, today, Monday, the music player came off pause and started playing whilst the Kompakt was sitting on the table - the phone was offline, screen locked…

Then the unlock touch timed me out for 30 seconds. Fingerprint reader failed to accept the touch and timed out the phone initially, then it worked. I am tuning off the lock feature, again.

Less frustrating to keep it unlocked. (set Security/Screen lock to None). I can still lock the screen.

@smuch Have you tried deleting the fingerprint & then enabling it again. Sometimes this helps. Also, are you using the native Mudita music player? Is the widget not working properly for you?

Hi thank you @urszula, I have reset the finger print, when I set lock to none it warns me that security is erased. I am more amused than concerned about the native music player resuming. The Mudita music player works great for me.

I need to set up more fingers or be more careful handling the sides if/when I use the physical lock option. There is nobody for miles around, usually no need to lock my Kompakt phone. Case closed.
