Returning Product - difficulty

Hi - not sure if anyone else is experiencing this issue. I have sent an email to Mudita on the 9th of October (the day after receiving my Kompact) requesting that it be logged for return purposes so I could post back - but I have not received any response from them in relation to this request. Therefore it has not been logged and I cannot return. I have sent 3 follow-up emails but each time I get the stock automated 'Ticket received email. Nothing else. This isn’t great.

This is nothing new. I sent an issue to support on the 7th of October and only got a reply today, almost 2 weeks later, when it was no longer relevant. If you need anything urgently, forget it, you are out of luck. :confused:

Like you, I wasn’t able to to return the Kompakt in time because support didn’t reply in time. And that keeps happening over and over again. I hope they will expand their support team to be able to respond faster.

Not helpful to you, but I’ve had nothing but great comms via email etc with Mudita. I also recently returned mine for a replacement.

is it possible to buy a returned Kompakt at a reduced price?

We do have an outlet where we list returned products: Mudita Store | Outlet - Store

However, at this moment we do not have any Kompacts for sale.
