Hi - try as I might I cannot get on board with this phone. Today - have missed 2 calls that didn’t ring and yesterday a message that didn’t notify until 4 hours later. I’ve had enoough and I am returning using the 14 day return. As I live in the UK I need the company’s EORI (Deliveries to business addresses in Europe require the receiver’s EORI number to pass through customs.) Does anyone (Urzula?) have this number please so I can arrange for a courier to send this product back? Thanks

Tax Identification Number (NIP): 525252558282

For customs purposes within the EU, the Polish Tax Identification Number (NIP) is often used as the basis for the EORI number, typically by adding “PL” to the beginning.

I suggest use only the cellular network if the signal is available, not WiFi for calling and text.

I keep WiFi off and use 2 physical sims and its been reliable, no dropped or missed calls even with one bar, weak cellular. When I use WiFi some calls get dropped and that happens on my iPhone too.
