Hi, I factory resetted my phone, before doing so, I did a backup. now when I open the Mudita Center teh backup isnt showing up. however, I can see the file location in finder on a Mac. how do I get restore this old backup file to the Mudita Center to backup my phone. this is extremely frustrating if I am to lose alll my data.

Hi, similar problem here:
I successfully made a backup and restore my Mudita Kompakt a few weeks ago. Then I did a warranty return and received a new one. Once this new device is connected, Mudita Center tells me that You haven’t backed up your device yet.
Any help would be appreciated!
EDIT: I renamed my backup file with the serial number of my new device and the file showed up in Mudita Center!
