Repair and warrenty

Hi

I am looking at the repairbility of the Mudita Kompakt.

I can find the sparepart and the guide to change the sparepart eg. the battery.

However. By question is that on the spareparts is there a warning on void of warrenty, but that is not present in the guide. So do I void my warrenty if I change the battery myself?

Thanks. Notice that there is no mention of warrenty void in the guide.

Dear @Natasha I am very sure opening the case yourself will void the warranty!

Do you know how or why the battery failed?

My battery has not failed. I just wanted to make sure whether the the warranty was void.

I would encourage you to contact our customer support to get a clear answer for your specific case. If you purchased your device from Mudita & something is not working, it would be best to contact them first.
