P.S. I have chosen German language on my phone, but dont find any “Umlaute” like ä,ö,ü in my alphabet. Will this be added in a software update maybe??

Hi @yuccpalma To access the characters you write about, you need to set the input language to Deutsch by MENU → Settings → Display and keypad → Input language

Is there a way to lock the phone when its switched off, so it wont turn on so easily when accidentally pressing a button?
And also I have a problem with my SIM card; I inserted my SIM to the Nr.1 slot and then had to enter my PIN. But after some time when trying to give a call to someone it said that this is not possible because theres no SIM. Which is not true. Also when switching off and then on again, I receive the info, that theres no SIM. ?

@Amr_Osman We did hear back, but unfortunately, some limitations will not be able to be overcome due to other hardware issue with the phone. I will get a more specific response for my team & get back to you.
