Question about missing Kompakt feature and development roadmap

@urszula

I’ve looked through the features of the Mudita Kompakt and I can’t see that the built-in camera has a Morphogenic LIDAR-Infused Parallax Tomography Lens. Is that correct or am I missing something?

I’m not technical, but I assume this kind of feature could be added via a software update. Would you be so kind as to check with the team whether this is on the development roadmap and if so when we might expect to see it please?

I’d also be curious if the following are on the development roadmap (again, I suspect most of these could be added via future software updates, but perhaps not all):

  • An OLED screen
  • At least 42GB RAM
  • A Geiger counter
  • A Continuum transfunctioner
  • A Flux capacitor
  • A soap dispenser

Thanks for your help!

Hahah I thought you’re going to write a spam blocker :upside_down_face:

The spam blocker is too trivial, easy to implement. But I’m seriously struggling with the soap dispenser…

If the Kompakt had a built-in 3D printer, it would be simple

Thanks for your message.

While most of the requested features are still under evaluation (we’re currently working through a few limitations related to physics and reality), my personal fave is the Geiger counter because I have penchant for certain very specific travel scenarios, and it offers real-world value.

Specifically, I like visiting historically significant industrial areas, like a completely unspecified abandoned industrial city in Kyiv Oblast with a minor historical incident in April 1986 :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

No ETA at this time, but we appreciate you highlighting this surprisingly practical use case.

You live risky!

If you return with 5 ears, 3 breasts on your back, 7 kneecaps over your eyeballs and more hair in your nose than on your head, you know you went too far :stuck_out_tongue:

No comment…but I did eat lunch at the nuclear plant cafeteria & I brought back some ‘souvenirs’ from the Pripyat Hospital (Hospital No. 126) which is highly contaminated, abandoned medical facility in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone

And I went here…

@YYZ My favorite- Mudita Fallout with a side switch (evolved Offline+) that would be labeled: CONNECTED / ISOLATED
The “Geiger Counter” would not be front-and-center, but hidden in a Tools section.
