Processing a return - no response from Mudita

Has anyone else had trouble getting Mudita to respond to anything? I tried the Kompact and ultimately it wasn’t a good fit for me. I reached out numerous times through their portal to request a refund/return within the 14 day limit and over a week later and no response and now outside of the return window. Anyone had any luck contacting them?

@ccrnnr9 I’m so sorry for this delay. When did you reach out to our customer service? Sometimes, do to the elevated number of tickets, it can take a few days for them to get back to you.

@ccrnnr9 YES! I’m having the same issue. The phone won’t connect to the desktop app. I’ve raised two tickets so far and not received a reply. I’ve decided to return the handset and have messaged again.

@urszula you’ll see that I’ve also made a thread about this as I’m unable get support through the usual channels. Please could you help me?
