Problems with the Software

I received my Mudita Kompakt today and, unfortunately, I’m having two major problems:

  1. The option to use the fingerprint scanner to lock the device is completely missing. I have already tried the following:
  • Restart - Factory reset - Inserting and removing the SIM card - Turning off Wi-Fi - Switching the device off and on again - Mudita Center tells me I got 1.5.0
  1. When I try to update my Kompakt – that is, to install a software update – it doesn’t work, as my IMEI appears to be missing.
    Here too, I have already tried the steps mentioned above without success.
