I’ve seen in the support thread that some of us have had problems with UPS. So I thought that a dedicated thread is a good idea.
When I ordered my Kompakt it should have been here for my start o holiday. That was announced so by UPS.
Was not the case, the parcel arrived four days too late. Fortunately my daughter could come to our home, the parcel with my MK was lying in front the door.
Second order, a case and a screen protector. Received an email that my parcel was delivered but received nothing.i made a claim online on UPS website. Of course the photo of the delivery was not available.
I did a claim on UPS website. They said they will do a search and inform Mudita. Till then,no new from UPS or Mudita.
Fortunately, two days later, an inhabitant of my village came with my parcel. Was lying two streets further.
Very bad service from UPS.
@shadock Sorry about the issues with UPS. Have you opened a support ticket about this or are you in contact with @Lukasz_Siecinski? I could find any support tickets in this case.
When did you place your order?
No I haven’t opened a ticket, my parcel arrived by a neighbor. What for.
Just a testimony cause I’ve seen that others have had a problem too.
My second order was in August.
@shadock Now, I understand. UPS left your package with a neighbor and they did not inform you, even when you called them to ask.
Not really a neighbor, on some stairs, two street further.

I have passed this on to our team & yes- they said that if things like this happen, please contact Mudita right away.
I am just trying to get UPS to pick up a package from my friend in the States and one day, the driver just looked at the porch and didn’t bother to ring the doorbell or call him, next time the package was on the porch but he didn’t pick it up either. Something’s wrong with this company that they allow or indirectly push to such attitude.
