Yesterday I put my phone away at around 5pm and I have not turned it on since, it is upstairs and out of site, planning on doing this entire weekend lol. I have to see it is very freeing so far. Went out with my son we played soccer and it was very freeing to be device free. Lets see if I can do this the entire weekend
Just an idea: you should just start one thread, which is all for yourself and you can keep posting there as a personal blog and whoever is interested they can follow your journey easier .Then you don’t need to start new threads everyday.
