Option for MMS to be sent to desktop app

I don’t know if this was discussed before, but I think it would be neat if someone sent an MMS to the phone number associated with the Pure, the image could be retrieved via the desktop app. Is a feature like this possible?

How about if the OS is modified by the community? How will users be able to download the changed updated version if they are not very tech-savvy?

I’m guessing that Mudita would review the code and, if it looks good, “merge” it into an update that we all would get.

Community versions would probably not be endorsed by Mudita and would require some tech saviness to install. Great features may be merged into the official version. Just my guess.
