Hi, I was one of the earliest kickstarter backers and got my phone a while back, I experiencing issues like ‘server unreachable’ for about every 30 minutes, a black screen when I stop a call so I reported this to mudita but its been 6 weeks, 8+ messages and I never get any reply. Is there another way to reach mudita because next step is I file a complaint via Kickstarter and my creditcard provider…
