@rwg Hi- I’m back with an update 
We just received your package at our office yesterday at around 2pm. Unfortunately, it did take some time to get to us from the US, once you shipped it on June 30th. But we’ve got it now. I am waiting for info from the team as to when you could expect to get your device back.
