Hello, I’m having the same issue, I have emailed support twice, the first time was 6 working days ago. I understand there is a bit of a backlog, but I’m getting a bit worried I’ve been missed!

Still nothing yet. Over 15 days since phone arrived and my first email rasing the issue, and not even a first response from the support team. Really disappointed and losing faith. I understand they are getting a high volume of queries right now, but it’s now outside of the return policy. In other words, Mudita would have expected a customer to email them in this time frame if they wished to return it.
I feel I should be able to expect a simple email from them in the same period?

I’m new here, just received my Mudita Kompakt and I exactly have the same issue.
What is the procedure please ?

Do I have to send the phone (unfortunatly, i also install a screen protektor before booting) ?

Same,my kompakt arrived to them 1 week ago and 0 emails and nothing ,only in this post i see a little info very dissapointed…

@robinnx You would have to contact out customer support with with this request. Unfortunately, they will be the only ones who will be able to get this done for you.
