I just want to BUMP up this thread to include info that the 2.8.0 Version of Mudita Harmony update allows for users to set custom alarms, however, you need to make sure you also update your Mudita Center application because that will allow you to upload your custom alarm audio files into the alarm section of Mudita Harmony.
Check it out & let us know what you think.

Hi @urszula ,
I love the new focus timer feature! I’m a little sad that the timer range stops at 60 minutes. Would love to have a 75, 90 and 120 min option for focused sessions of academic writing. Maybe something to consider in the next release?
Thanks a ton for your consideration!

@hanshoerni I’m also a fan of the Focus Timer in Mudita Harmony! I have it on my desk all day & use it all the time.
The Focus Timer is based on the pomodoro method, which helps to increase concentration by dividing work into short, intense sessions . This allows the brain to focus better on the task at hand without feeling overwhelmed. Regular breaks allow the mind to regenerate, which is key to maintaining a high level of focus.
I’ll pass your suggestion on to our team & see what they say.
Thanks again for making Mudita Harmony part of your life

Thanks for the prompt reply! I do understand the pomodoro thought behind it, however in my personal experience different types of tasks require different types of uninterrupted focus times. For example, when I’m writing a research paper, I personally need 90-120 minutes of uninterrupted work to then take a 45min break. By offering users more options to customize the feature, it could be used for a wider variety of use cases.

Warm regards and thanks again!
