New MK will has no option for group text

I have a new MK. I see no option to toggle allow group texts on. I assume I have the latest version. Help please?

Furthermore, I am getting notifications showing I have new texts but not seeing them. These are from group texts that I can see from my husbands phone were sent to me, I am included in the group. I get the notification (and cannot erase it!!) but receive no text message.

Hello! There is a way to toggle group texts on. First make sure you have the latest update., then go into the SMS app. At the top you will see the edit pencil icon and three lines next to it. Click on those lines to access settings. You will see your SIM card and phone number with a right arrow next to it. Click in there and at the top is Group messaging…this allows you to choose either a single group chat or separate SMS chats. I hope my descriptions are clear and helps you.

What OS version is currently installed on your Mudita Kompakt? You just have to enable the group message setting.

If you want ALL the messages in ONE chat- then just enable the SINGLE MMS CHAT

Thank you. I have no idea why the phone came with such an old OS. I had to install 3 different updates, one by one, which took a total of 5 hours. I would think the phone would arrive updated? Anyway, all figured out now.
