Have to say I normally don’t like cases but I like the feel of this and I am happy even though I don’t have the phone I get a feel for what it will feel like in the hand and it feels great!

lol I can honestly say after holding the case I will be putting my Kompakt in it, I am actually really happy the case came lol, because I have been holding it, put in my pocket and I can already tell without even having the Kompakt yet that this is the right phone for me, It can allow me to permanently break up with my Pure so we can see other people

I just love the way it feels in the pocket, I was unsure of the size but the phone is just the right size you can tell, its not too small (like the lp2) but also not massive like todays smartphones, and I just love the case which is rare for me I usually HATE cases on a phone but I can actually see myself putting this on the kompakt and keep it on, but who knows when I get the actual phone I might just love the feel of it in the hands without a case like the Pure

i wish i get the case first , im waiting for mine maybe this week, Today I accidentally hit the Kompakt mudita but I had the gift bag and it was still inside a pocket and a coat, but I still have a small dent under the home key, I only noticed it a little while ago

Feels like it is built like a tank that even if it dropped it could take it!
That dent kind of gives the phone some character!

iI’m very careful with my phones, even the oldest ones are almost all as good as new, I’m very careful not to drop them and always wear a case, but that’s life

I got the blue-ish case and it’s gorgeous. For Kompakt Mk II, I’d suggest colorful front frame but that’s okay as it is too.
I wonder should I be using screen protector, the screen doesn’t look like glass so it shouldn’t be necessary…?

I also fine that the device does not feel thick, like even when I get the phone I don’t feel like its a thick phone the way its being described, when I have the case in the pocket it feels fine, I really like the size of this phone

Thank you for posting those photos, @ovy. I ordered a Pebble Gray Kompakt + a Pebble Gray case, and at first I thought that Mudita had applied the case to the Kompakt before shipping it … that perhaps the case was so thin that I could not distinguish it from the Kompakt.
Now I know for certain – from your photos – that a case does have its own visible thickness and therefore was NOT in the box that I got yesterday. I have written to support@mudita.com to get the case.

I like it quite a bit! Unfortunately, I am not using it further until I get confirmation from Mudita that I have the Global version.
I do not want to waste time personalizing the one that I have (e.g., by adjusting various settings) until I know for certain that I have the Global version.
Plus, until I get my case, I do not want to carry it with me.

Update: Customer Support Specialist Szymon Jaworski confirmed by email a few minutes ago that I indeed got the Global version, so I may proceed with personalizing it. And, Szymon told me that Mudita is shipping the missing case to me.
