Mudita pure warranty replacement

Does anyone know who I can contact about a warrenty replacement that is in progress but isn’t moving?

I got approved for a replacement on 8/8 and the package still seems to have not been picked up from Mudita by FedEx :thinking:
I haven’t been able to get a response from email support on this issue.

@grilledcheesebb I will check on this for you again. I was away on holiday & I think it was suppose to be picked up last week.
