@sebastianbeland99 Did you set up a Mudita Store account before or AFTER you placed your order? Did you receive your order number in an email confirmation?
I made it after I think

@sebastianbeland99 If you created the account AFTER you placed your order, the order will not appear there. However, if you got your confirmation email with your order number then you’re all set.
My order has been delivered And I’m loving it so far I would like to see a invert of the colors

I can’t access the APN settings in order to activate the phone with a SIM card. I’ve gone to T-Mobile Verizon AT&T I bought a Mint Mobile SIM card so there’s a lot ridding on this because I had to buy something for something that I don’t even know is even gonna work. This sucks.

I just bought a Mint Mobile Esim last night and switched over to it, it’s super intuitive. Was coming from a Verizon SIM which also worked fine, but was activated on another device.
Have you tried the Esim route? I’m sure Mint could transfer your sim plan to an esim one

@sebastianbeland99 In the device that your showing the picture of, do you currently have a SIM card inserted? Because it does not look like it.
