Hi - after going back and forward for couple of months, I’ve placed an order for 2 Mudita Kompakt phones with cases and screen protectors this monday. I got my confirmation also, but today i see just the message “You have placed no orders.” in the store…
What seems to be a problem?

Unfortunately, when I navigate to orders in my account, I no longer see anything. The order has disappeared. I also pre-ordered via the store.
Yes, the exact same thing happened to my order as well. I have a cancelled order that still shows, but my confirmed order has vanished. I contacted support last night so just waiting to hear back…
They took payment so I’m assuming it’s just some processing weirdness
Same here for my case. The phone itself i am an indiegogo backer and never did show up.
support just told me that the order number is not associated with any customer account, but I will still get email updates for the order so there won’t be any difference in fulfilment.
a little concerning it disassociated with the store account, I did order it from my account, so its likely a bug. but at least it seems its not been removed from the system, I just cant see it.
the same I assume (?) will be the case for anyone else here. the order is still in the system, just disassociated from your store account
I just tried logging, but I keep getting this error message - “The account sign-in was incorrect or your account is disabled temporarily. Please wait and try again later.”
I’ve reset my password but I’m still having trouble.
It seems as though it’s a website issue.
EDIT: My Kompakt order has also vanished from “My Orders”.

I can’t see my order in my store account as well but I got a confirmation email. Maybe, this is because I placed the order before I had a store or a forum account. I hope I’ll get the shipping information as well because I need to plan when to stay in home office for the DPD since I had some interesting experiences with them when I wasn’t home to take a parcel.

Same problem here, i placed an order 5 days ago and it was showing on my account yesterday, today it has vanished.
Maybe it’s a bug. But it has nothing to say that your orders are deleted or somehow, because now i received two emails 2 hours ago " Order updatet Status PACKED NEW and after that " Status IN DELIVERY NEW". 2 Order numbers listed, i guess one for the Kompakt from Indiegogo and the case i’ve ordered later.

I have exact same issue, my order was on my account since 28.03 when I bought the kompakt + etui and today order in my account is gone.

support has assured me the order is still there despite the issue of it disappearing from the store account. once its packed, and shipping etc ill get emails for these updates along with tracking info to the address for the order.
I assume it will be the same for anyone else. they did mention that they are aware others have seen a similar issue.
This just happened to me. My order was visible this morning around 9am MST and now 3:45 pm MST is missing.
From my experience when my order vanished, it was shipped the next day. I don’t know if that’s the case with others
Yeah that’s just a bit silly that Mudita cannot deal with this obvious bug in the shop
I did get an email that my order was packed within 12 hours - so that’s good.
We are aware of this happening—it’s being investigated, and hopefully will be fixed soon.
