Mudita kompakt does not start anymore

Hi …
My Kompakt don´t start up.
When I go to recovery and wipe data it does not change any thing.
So what can I do ?

@guido Why OS version do you have?

I’ve had the phone for about 3-4 months now. I’m not sure, but I think MuditaOS 1.2 isn’t on the device yet, but I’m not entirely sure.

I would say yes, I’ll look into it… but unfortunately that’s not possible :frowning:

In the Recovery there are Options to Flash from SD or over ADB but for that I need a flash file.

@guido I have passed your case to the team because I am not sure what is really happening in your case. Did the phone battery just die & now it won’t start or were you performing some maneuver and this is the result.

I used the phone for a while as a test, then put it in the closet for the last 2-3 months because I didn’t have time to continue working with it. Until then, the device worked perfectly. Now I wanted to continue working with it, so I charged it. So far, everything’s working perfectly. I can turn on the device and access the recovery menu. Only the MuditaOS won’t load.
