I have the same problem – there is no way to download photos from my Kompakt to my Mac. Just “delete” option…:frowning: Does it mean I can’t download any photos from the phone at all?? :frowning:

Try opening the photos with the Image Capture app that’s included in MacOS.

If you want a more advanced way to manage the data OpenMTP is the way to go in MacOS. (it only works in Legacy mode for Mudita Kompakt though).
